Honey Whiskey Chicken Wings

This is a great and amazing appetizer that is a crowd pleaser. Serve these with a few veggies and some ranch dressing and you have a winner.

Here are the details:


5 pounds chicken wings

1 750 ml bottle of Evan Williams Honey whiskey

1 packet of BrewBQ Sauce Mix


Simmer BrewBQ Sauce Mix and whiskey together for 5-10 minutes over medium heat until sauce mix is dissolved. Allow the sauce to cool. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce and allow to marinate. Marinate at a minimum 2 hours or for best results overnight. Spread the wings on your grill or Traeger. We prefer to cook on the Traeger with Hickory pellets at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
